Auditor’s calendar 2/8 – 2/14/2016

Monday, February 8th

9:30am – Met with prospective candidate for County office.

2pm – Reviewed year to date spending for FY16.

3pm – Signed agreement with Compliancy-Group for The Guard.

Tuesday, February 9th

9am-4pm – Attended training on new voting equipment hardware.

+4pm – Requested Sheriff investigate potential instances of voter registration fraud or jury questionnaire fraud.

+4:30pm – Deputy Auditor Shoop attended annual Linn County Farm Bureau meeting with Board of Supervisors.

+7pm – Attend TBD city council meeting.

Wednesday, February 10th

+11am – Email to elected officials and management announcing smartphones can be used for remote punch in/out on Novatime time tracking system.

+11:15am – Replied via email to resident who complained about party designation on voter registration card.  Review indicates party preference determined when resident registered to vote at IDOT (drivers license) station.

+7pm – Attend TBD city council meeting.

Thursday, February 11th

+10am – Applied for non-profit booth at Downtown Farmers’ Market to offer voter registration and education services.

+2:30pm – Notified all County employees that an address confirmation letter was mailed out by Accounting Services.

+3:25pm – Provided information to Ryan LLC per their public records request for outstanding checks.

+11:45pm – Opened Facilities Help Desk ticket #47625 regarding standing water in lobby bathroom of Correctional Center.

+7pm – Attend TBD city council meeting.

Friday, February 12th

12:30pm – Reviewing FY15 related party transactions acknowledged in outside audit report.

+1pm – Attend Iowa State Association of County Auditors’ meeting in Johnston to discuss combining city and school elections.

Saturday, February 13th
