Recently, a taxpayer asked if Prospect Meadows was paying rent on the office space it’s renting from the County, and on the farmland it’s leasing from the County and renting to a farmer for cash.
Per the County Treasurer’s records, Prospect Meadows is current on its rent payments and property tax payments.
By the way, as of 2/28/2015, Prospect Meadows reported to the IRS that it had $457,643 in net assets. -Joel D. Miller – Linn County Auditor
