Thanks for your note and notice, Joel. I certainly concur with the decision to make all applicant information public. Further, when I sent you my note it was not with an expectation of it being in anyway private or confidential.
However, I do not consider my email an application. I consider it an inquiry.
Joan was kind enough to point out the need to make application which, of course, makes sense. I have decided not, however, to complete an application.
